Natalia Olmez is an artist, teacher and illustrator. Natalia paints with oils and watercolors and creates illustrations.
Natalia’s paintings are always about color and light, volume and shapes, strokes and layers. Working with different materials, techniques and subjects allowed me to delve deeper and find my own style. My favorite subjects are flowers, the sea and still life.
There is no limit to the search for perfection, the main thing is to move away from the picture in time and stop, to find a balance between details and harmony, to leave inadequacy and interest to the viewer — for Natalia the formula of the ideal painting.
Natalia was born in the city of Voronezh, Rusan. She studied at an art school, graduated from the Voronezh State Forestry University with a degree in design and architecture, an additional faculty of fine arts, and received another profession as a fine arts teacher. All professional activities in Voronezh were related to creativity.
But my real interest in painting began when I moved to Ankara in 2015.
It all started with paintings for the house. Gradually, his hobby turned into teaching in the Russian center of Ankara and opening a painting studio. The painting studio operated from 2016 to 2023. During the years of the studio’s work, more than 200 students painted thousands of paintings by students. In the Russian centers of Ankara, exhibitions of non-professional artists are organized for students.
I recorded the painting lesson online, they give online lessons in oil and watercolor. Creates illustrations that are sold on international platforms, such as online courses.
Continuous improvement of technique, teaching experience, special master classes, visits to exhibitions and personal painting practice are the main components of success. Only under these conditions is it possible to find your own technique, style in painting and drawing, and achieve harmony.
